Overview
The brief and the challenge
Finn is a bespoke quoting, sales and customer management platform built specifically for window and door companies.
Many of these businesses run on disconnected systems, manual quoting, paperwork and slow admin. We conceived, designed and developed the entire product to fix that: the platform, quoting tools, 3D configurator, CRM, customer-facing tools, brand identity and marketing website.
The solution
What we built
One platform for the whole customer journey. Installers build windows and doors in an interactive 3D configurator, adjusting dimensions, colours, glazing and compatible hardware, then price them instantly.
A custom pricing engine handles product-specific rules, dimensional pricing, extras, variations and pricing matrices. Quotes become professional PDF presentations and technical specifications, and every enquiry moves through quotation, sale and order inside a built-in CRM.

How we designed it
We designed around how installers actually sell. The interface prioritises clarity and efficient workflows, consistent across supported devices.
We also created Finn's name, visual language and brand, and a dedicated marketing website explaining its capabilities, demonstrations and subscription offer.

Finn is structured as a subscription SaaS product with account-based access. Admin controls let each business tailor products, configurations, branding and pricing to its own operation, and offer interactive configuration to its own customers.
Payment functionality is built into the customer journey, so collecting payments sits alongside quoting and order management.
