This policy explains what personal information Reach Design collects, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Who we are
Reach Design is a design and development studio based in London, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, email tyler@reachldn.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
- Enquiries and bookings. Your name, email address, company and the details you choose to share when you contact us or book a meeting.
- Mailing list. Your email address, if you sign up.
- Booking data. Information processed by our scheduling provider when you choose to load and use the booking calendar.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver work, send updates you have asked for, and keep the site secure and working well. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and running the site), consent (mailing list and optional services), contract (delivering agreed work) and legal obligation (accounting records).
Cookies
Essential storage is used to remember your cookie choice. Optional services and any cookies they use are loaded only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice. You can review or change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Booking pages are provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies once you allow the booking calendar to load.
Sharing and storage
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: hosting and database providers, email delivery, and scheduling (Calendly). They process data on our instructions under appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA; where they do, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations, and mailing list details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, object to processing, request portability, or withdraw consent at any time. Email tyler@reachldn.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or our services change. The latest version is always published on this page.
