The brief and the challenge

Lovely2Have is an online retail business that needed a new storefront. Shoppers leave when browsing is confusing or checkout feels like hard work.

The aim was not another generic online store, but a polished retail experience that presents the products well and makes buying simple.

What we built

A complete storefront tailored to the business and its range: a structured catalogue, product pages that answer buying questions, and a basket and checkout flow that moves people from browsing to buying.

How we designed it

We designed considered layouts, typography and navigation so products and collections are easy to find, with clear calls to action and consistent interactions throughout.

How it works

The storefront adapts to mobile, tablet and desktop, so the shopping journey works wherever customers buy.

Key features

  • New ecommerce website: tailored to the business and its range.
  • Structured catalogue: straightforward browsing by product and collection.
  • Product pages: the key information needed to decide.
  • Basket and checkout: a simple route from discovery to purchase.
  • Mobile ready: consistent on every screen.

The outcome

Lovely2Have now has a professional online retail presence and the infrastructure to showcase and sell its products, balancing presentation with practical shopping.
